Information and TOS

When commissioning me, you hereby agree to these terms of service

Payments can be made through PayPal.

- All prices in USD

Full payment up front, please wait to send payment until you receive an invoice from me. I will not start working until I receive the payment.

- All payment is FINAL. If there are additional charges (ex. excessive changes after completed commission) then a separate invoice will be sent.

I have the right to decline requests for any reason.

Turnaround

Commission turnarounds can vary from a few weeks to a month depending on the type of commission after payment is received.

If there is a deadline for when the request must be finished, you must let me know up front when commissioning me. Additional fees may apply depending on how fast you need your request.

- I am willing to make a few changes during the sketch phase and a few minor changes to the final product, but I will charge an extra fee if changes start to become excessive. (I will allow 3-5 edits to the sketch and 3 edits after the rendering process has begun.)

Notes

Please have some sort of reference or detailed description for what you want ready to go. Having an idea before commissioning me of the mood, theme, expression, pose, etc. helps a lot! I might ask some additional questions to get a better idea of what you want, keep that in mind.

- While not required, providing a visual (like photoshopping images or MS paint doodles) can be another huge help especially if you're looking for something specific!

Drawings will come with a solid color background, unless discussed beforehand.

- I can provide a transparent version upon request.

I am allowed to share the piece online for publicity. However, please let me know if you do not want the work shared.

- You are allowed to share the piece as well, but it must be the one that includes my signature, or you must clearly and visibly credit me.

Character Sheet Notes*

Only one character sheet can be commissioned at a time. Only 3 slots will be open at a time.
Turnaround for character sheets may vary drastically from other, less intensive pieces.
Due to the complexity of character sheets prices may vary from the base price listed.
Extra outfits are available for an extra fee. Each extra outfit toggle is a separate fee.
Any and all extra fee's must be discussed, and paid for, before the start of the commission.
Commissioning a character sheet automatically takes priority.
Character sheets will require photo references. while I enjoy designing characters that is not what I do. By commissioning me you agree to this.

- I will start working on the character sheet as soon the active commission is completed. Please keep in mind that I may be working on multiple commissions at once.

4 close headshots / expressions

Credit and Use

If you use my work publicly for pfps, banners, thumbnails, etc. please make sure you credit me (my Twitter account @sage63878) somewhere that is visible, thank you!

You may not alter my work in ANY way. If you have any questions on how you are allowed to use it, please ask!

You may NOT resell my work, and my work may NOT be used for any sort of crypto-currency, or AI-generation. I own all rights to the artwork.

If there's something specific you want but isn't shown in my list of commissions, feel free to ask me about it and we can possibly work something out! Prices may fluctuate.
